His career spans more than two decades of working with institutional investors, family offices, developers, and corporate occupiers to deliver landmark schemes and complex portfolios. Over his career Nigel has been involved in transactions of various sizes on all types of commercial real estate including many development and investment portfolios of £100m+ to over £1billion. 

Nigel’s expertise covers feasibility and appraisal modelling, capital structuring, balance sheet restructures, and risk management, thereby ensuring a deep financial understanding of every project. His background in financial modelling, capital structuring, and risk management provides Band Capital with deep analytical rigour and strategic foresight.

He is recognised for his ability to align development delivery with investor performance, ensuring every project is optimised for both capital efficiency and operational excellence.

He is adept at structuring development partnerships, negotiating joint-venture frameworks, and translating board-level ambitions into built outcomes that deliver measurable returns. Clients trust his calm authority, strategic clarity, and commitment to long-term partnership.

As well as being the lead real estate advisor to Cable & Wireless on their estate of over 700 properties Andrew has advised some of the best  known names in the warehouse and distribution business, including DB Schenker, Agility Logistics, DHL and RM Group on all aspects of real estate be it as an operational asset, development opportunity or creating an investment. 

He has been involved in consolidating businesses under one roof in new purpose bult accommodation as well as the roll out of multi-location distribution strategies in the UK and cross border. 

With over 25 years’ experience across development, investment, and corporate real estate, he has led major transactions for global occupiers and investors alike. His expertise spans joint-venture structuring, complex lease frameworks, and large-scale logistics and mixed-use development.

Eleanor eparks@teantside.co.uk is a highly skilled quantitative analyst with a strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, and financial modelling, making her an ideal fit for Tenantside.

Professionally, Eleanor began her career as a data scientist at a major tech company , building machine learning models for large-scale data analysis, which honed her expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and statistical inference.

Eleanor’s key qualifications include:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in functional programming (OCaml, Haskell), imperative languages (C++, Python), and tools like NumPy, Pandas, and MATLAB for data manipulation and modeling.

Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of quantitative finance, including options pricing, risk management, and market microstructure. She is adept at applying probabilistic models and game theory to real-world trading scenarios

Eleanor Parks

Karl kholland@tenantside.co.uk is a quantitative analyst with deep expertise in real estate modelling, spatial econometrics, and high-frequency data analysis, perfectly suited for property-linked strategies.

Professionally, Karl has built models for REIT arbitrage and mortgage prepayment risk and reinforcement learning to optimize real estate portfolio allocations and hedge construction risk.

Karl’s key qualifications include:

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch), R for econometric modeling, SQL for large-scale real estate databases, and C++ for performance-critical simulations. Experienced with geospatial tools (GeoPandas, PostGIS) and big data platforms.

Domain Expertise: Specialized in real estate quantitative finance,cap rate forecasting, lease abstraction modelling, CMBS structuring, REIT factor models, and incorporating alternative data (satellite imagery, traffic, sentiment from property listings) into pricing algorithms. Strong grasp of macro-finance intersections affecting property cycles.
